Shipping Policy
Free shipping offer is valid in orders of $125 or more. Please allow 24-48 hours for orders to be fulfilled.

Changing Shipping Address
Shipping addresses cannot be changed. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed.
Shipment Tracking
We will send you a confirmation email with your tracking details once the order leaves our warehouse.
Lost Or Stolen Package
If you believe that your package was lost or stolen, please contact Customer Service within 5 days of tracking stating it has been delivered. You can contact Customer Service directly by sending an email to support@ohpomp.com
Remember, once the package is out of the warehouse, please contact your assigned carrier first.
